A reconstruction of an old industrial unit into a living space in the Son Tovell estate. It is characterized by the combination of traditional (wooden beams, “mares” sandstone blocks) and modern (aluminum Schueco windows, concrete floor) elements. The Catalonian architect’s Torres Clavé 1934 armchair was chosen as a lead design component of this living space.
